This UBS app is slowly getting better, but still far from decent experience and intuitional UX of other apps including other banks. Nothing can explain however 500MB app size polluting my iPhone memory. Horrible SW-engineering. Finally extra apps for identification, TWINT, banking documents are ridiculous. What’s the point if we need UBS bank account anyway.

Sie benötigen zur Aktivierung eine Vertragsnummer, und diese haben Sie zur Aktivierung der Access-App verwendet, deshalb erhalten Sie NICHTS außer der Information: „Diese Vertragsnummer wurde bereits aktiviert“. Nutzlose Anwendung. Das ist Nervenverschwendung! :(
Not the best app of the biggest Swiss bank.
Please make it better soon:
1. Having separate access app is a misunderstanding, while in other coutries this is merged within main app - so are TWINT-like functionalities. There should be all-in-one.
2. Improve test coverage, also do more regresie tests before updates.
3. User ahould be able see details of any transaction and download PDF file of transaction.
4. Also there is no way to digitise Debit card to Wallet… Repleniahing prepaid card each time i want to pay by phone is diaruptive. Also Prepaid card was not working - 3 days ago where all terminal payments were cancelled - on Saturday midday, where people do many shopping… This is not acceptable.
Good advice: Please work on UX and test coverage do not add new functionalities too often.
Quite shameful app for 2022
I haven’t seen such a poor eBanking application since 2004, the UX, functionality and the fact that there are 3 (three) separate apps is quite depressing. And the bitter cherry on top is that it takes 5 days to receive a PIN for my new debit card by Post, while literally every other bank in the world manages to do it online these days. It’s unbecoming to have such a terrible app for one of the 2 leading Swiss banks.
Hello 1998 I see your back. Worst. Banking. App.
One of the worst and slowest banking apps I’ve used (and I had many). Slow, more often than not does not log in at all, filled with useless options which make using it difficult. Horrible
Never works
Unreliable, inconsistent, and inconvenient. Constantly need to re-download it because it asks for the latest version when you already have it. If that wasn’t enough, it bugs all the time and quits for no reason.
Nice UX
Easy to use, especially with Access App
Terrible user experience, interface, navigation and performance
This app looks and behaves like ones done a decade ago. Developers were so lazy that even inputs for money amounts use standard-character keyboard instead of numeric one. Architecture information and start screen are terrible: hard to find anything or perform key actions. But what else can you expect from old bank that has similar useless website. They stuck in 20th century and desperately want everyone to be there. Hopefully there are apps and ideas like Revolut.
Currency converter doesn’t work
Currency converter function doesn’t work in the mobile app on iPhone 13 (latest iOS). It freezes and doesn’t allow to make any changes. Rebooting the app does not help.
Appreciate you help to check and resolve the problem.

I don’t think it’s good idea to have the app and the access app at the same device. It might be convenient but not secure.
