iPhone 8 user. App is user friendly and neat but I just have one problem. This problem has been recurring since day 1 when I first started Touch ID to log in. When I use Touch ID to log in and then click Account, the app would immediately log itself out and then ask me to use Access App to log in again. This problem would not occur if I click Cards after logging in.
Usually I just want to check my account figures so this is a bit annoying.
Super user unfriendly.
Very troublesome to use. UBS has been making its banking apps more and more user unfriendly.
The app is terrible on iOS 13
The last versions of the app run terribly on iPhone & iOS 13. Slow, unresponsive and a lot of crashes. Please fix soon! Also, the UI is sometimes really unclear, for example when making a modification to a standing order, it is unclear if the changes have been saved and you need to pay attention if some buttons are not hidden by the keyboard....
The User interface is not friendly
The response time is delay too much, maybe the system too slow. Difficult to find what you want!
UBS Access App
I have installed the access app into my iPhone and iPad for about 2-3 months. However, I don’t think this access app has been operating in a stable manner.
In several occasions, the app failed to log in properly and I had to deactivate it, deleted the app and reinstall again.
Kindly look into the problem and fix it.
Online banking
Online Banking via cell phone is difficult to get access to. Also, the response time is very slow which needs to be improved substantially.

Solide, Platz für Verbesserung
Kommend von CSX App gefallen mir die zusätzlichen Möglichkeiten wie bspw. Edelmetalle handeln zu können. Auch die Access App ist fortgeschrittener (Initialisieren eines neuen Geräts, Bluetooth, etc.). Man merkt es ist eine Plattform dahinter, die mehr ermöglicht.
Negativ fallen mir auf die sehr helle farbliche Gestaltung (kein Dark Modus oder Diskret Modus welcher die Kontosaldi ausblendet), die allg. unübersichtlichere Darstellung von Portfolios, Zahlungen mit DA und Konti. Hier wäre es toll, wenn man sich von CSX einiges abschauen würde. Auch könnte die App für das Tablet optimierter sein.
Kurz: Mehr Fokus auf die Basics und Übersichtlichkeit ist adressiert. Das anbieten aller Funktionen vom k E-Banking ist zentral. Gutes von CSX abschauen und Innovation vorantreiben. App ist überdies zu Gross (10x grösser 90 vs 900 MB als CSX auf iPad - wieso das!?)
