App not starting

Tried to book a roaming package, but the app is not starting since Sunday morning, error -420007. When clicking „Chat wit us“ it crashes… super disappointed with this experience.

If it works, it’s perfect

The app is super buggy. Most of the time it doesn’t even start. It just shows the start screen and that’s it. When you text the support they only say you have to reinstall the app. Then it works again, true. Better solution would be to fix this from the development team!! I don’t want to reinstall the app every few weeks.

Scam for tourist

Fraudulent procedures with tourists. It wants to renew automatically even though I am already out of the country. I am forced to download the app for a change. Scam

I cant change my plan myself with the app. Have to chat for hours with the useless helpdesk. Really annoying waste of time. Cant understand why they cant fix it for months. Although the idea of Virgin is good but the app is destroying all thr experience.

Customer service doesn‘t reply

I wanted to cancel my mobile contract from Virgin Mobile UAE, which I signed up for on a vacation last year. I don’t have the SIM-Card anymore. Suddenly I get a mail that my plan will renew soon. Not a problem in my mind. I just cancel it, right? You can't cancel the contract without having the Sim-Card in the app or I don't find the option. Next step would be to ask the customer service. Those are the support channels I tried: * Support Chat in the Virgin Mobile UAE App couple of times. * I wrote virginmobileuae on several mails * I wrote virginmobileuae on Instagram * I wrote virginmobileuae on Facebook * I wrote virgin.com All I got was silence.... And now I am writing here with deep disappointment. That is far beyond the acceptable metric of customer service. I know you are a customer-oriented company. Please help me. Best regards Pascal
