In Dubai, their network is overloaded, especially on The Palm but also in some other areas. The internet is often unavailable or experiences outages. It's obvious that they sell to too many clients and fail to extend their base stations, which results in unreliable connections. It may be fast for a few moments when it is operational, but that is of no use if it is not working at all every couple of minutes. The support team is unhelpful with no regard for customer satisfaction. They mislead customers about the nature of the problem and provide inadequate answers. The company's continued sale of SIM cards and home internet services demonstrates a lack of concern for providing a reliable service. They are so fraudulent that they even refuse to provide a refund, despite knowing that they are unable to provide the paid service. I advise you strongly against doing business with them.

Tried to book a roaming package, but the app is not starting since Sunday morning, error -420007. When clicking „Chat wit us“ it crashes… super disappointed with this experience.
The app is super buggy. Most of the time it doesn’t even start. It just shows the start screen and that’s it. When you text the support they only say you have to reinstall the app. Then it works again, true. Better solution would be to fix this from the development team!! I don’t want to reinstall the app every few weeks.
Fraudulent procedures with tourists. It wants to renew automatically even though I am already out of the country. I am forced to download the app for a change. Scam

I cant change my plan myself with the app. Have to chat for hours with the useless helpdesk. Really annoying waste of time. Cant understand why they cant fix it for months. Although the idea of Virgin is good but the app is destroying all thr experience.
