every time saying error,i cant sign in
I have Virgin mobile # and Virgin home internet, and this is the worse service I have ever used (compared with similar services in other countries). The app is really bad and crude -Always goes off and some buttons/services do not work! The home internet App takes double charge every month and on top of that I can’t share or use the extra money in my mobile number! When I purchased the home internet plan, I was told I can pause anytime. In real life that’s not true. And even if I terminate I can’t use my extra money - it will disappear!! The only way to complain is the App chat. In real life they rarely respond and if so each person from support team tells different stories! And the funniest thing is that you can’t call and speak with Virgin team because they have no call center!!!

App not working most of time. Impossible to reach customer service cause the only way is from App which is obviously not working, no any number to call customer service. 0 service! Its the last time im using this sim company
Does NOT load half the time, giving no indication if there is an error or there is no connection. Ran out of data today and could not use the app until I got to a place with WiFi. Made me look bad in front of my customers. THE APP SHOULD WORK REGARDLESS OF WHETHER I HAVE DATA SO I CAN TOP UP, THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I am switching to DU, hopefully the service they offer is better. DO NOT USE VIRGIN MOBILE
Everything was ok with the plan and number before I left uae. I couldn’t cancel or renew it because I lost my id and SIM card. In the store they told me it was impossible with passport without emirates id. As I resigned and decided to live uae, the new id was not coming, so I could do nothing with my virgin account. When I wrote the customer support and ask to help to cancel my plan, they promised that the issue was solved. It was half a year ago. And now I get the email that in couple of days I will be changed 1k aed for renewal.
It might respond faster than in a week.
It's cheap - but you get what you pay for. Absolutely worst coverage, worst speed, worst service. They don't have phone support - all is done through this app which barely loads or works. Everything is buggy. Apple Watch ESIM does not work and brick your watch. Avoid. Switch to other operator.
