If I could give 0 stars I would. Virgin has ripped me off yet again. A few times I’ve purchase roaming data and it didn’t work… NO REFUND. So I literally was screwed in another country with no data, thanks Virgin… couldn’t even admit the mistake and refund me 30 AED or give me credits… nothing at all. Now my plan renewed for another year when I didn’t think it would, so I contacted them immediately, but of course, there’s nothing they can do. So I’ve just purchased another full year… when I reached out on DAY 1 asking to refund since it was a mistake. Don’t use Virgin… they will find any small way to take your money and don’t care about you. Impossible to get a refund of ANY sort, even if it’s Virgin’s error. Stay away from this company. They don’t help you and it’s impossible to get ahold of a real person who will talk to you.
App Unreliable
I bought a roaming package through virgin for a month long trip. After a couple of days, the roaming stopped working and i couldn’t get the app to work to understand what went wrong. What a hassle, avoid these guys.

Axis was extremely helpful to both myself and my colleague to renew our monthly phone plan. He was also most pleasant to deal with and patiently answered all of or questions. Excellent service 👍👍
Worst Customer Support & useless app
I have never seen worst customer experience throughout my life from a telco provider. All they are after is growth and getting customer with nothing to give back but back service (actual connection is horrible) and really really sub par customer service. They dont even have a contact support line to call! Not worth the money. AVOID!
Terrible
Worst service. No one answers chat. Can’t put on pause or cancel. Never again. Worst app. Worst service. Just horrible
App
When the App works it’s fine. However, a yearly purchase renews monthly and the App and plan crashes forcing you to attempt to contact Virgin to resolve each month. Very frustrating and they have not been able to rectify since sign up which has been 4 months now.

Sam at Virgin Mobile MCC was a great help to me in recovering my numbers. The service was great.
Don’t add money to the ‘wallet’
I like virgin. Most things are very straight forward and easy to understand. The ‘wallet’ where you can keep money aside for roaming or parking is a great idea. However I find that the money in this wallet seems to vanish with no explanation. I top it up with anticipation of using it for parking. When I go to use it, the money has vanished with no explanation. Virgin, please show me how this money Is used.
Don’t trust Virgin
I landed at the Dubai airport, told them I needed data and phone services for two weeks they sold me a SIM card that has automatic recharge. I went to the virgin app, it had a button to change the plan. I clicked on it and it processed the payment. I am now calling visa to stop payment. Cross my fingers that it will work.
