Not a flexible app
I get the frustrated feeling of not being able to breathe while using this app. First of all, the bot responses don’t answer the questions being asked, next there is no contact number, which is very restrictive because it leaves you feeling helpless when you still don’t have answers to questions. Lastly, why don’t I have the option of renewing my plan before the automatic renewal date? What if I don’t want boosters and I want to renew my full plan 2 days before Im scheduled to renew?? There are no edit options! There is no one to speak to that will guide on this matter. It’s so frustrating. Data also finishes incredibly fast.
