It’s so unpredictable, stops working right when I need it the most.
Cant even use the active subscriptions cz suddenly the app logs and forgets my password too.
Also, remove the bots that are giving false positives reviews.
Please fix the app, make it user-friendly.

Scam Operators no : 1
I have paid for 1year and I m using a 14GB data
And I required more international mins.. even I paid and I took 200 international minutes but behind 14GB data become 10Gb
Such worst customer care service.
And this is not Virgin Scheme this is called Virgin scam..
Taking yearly money for one plan and middle they will withdraw.
I will never recommend to pay anyone for 1year subscription….
There is no coordination among agents
I have been chasing a ticket for 1 week and spoken to 4 different agents.
I have had to explain the problem every time since the next agent is clueless about what’s happening.
Nobody is telling me when my ticket will get resolved. They just keep forwarding the ticket to the next person.
Terrible customer support. I expected better but I guess it’s the same as Du and Etisalat.
