Virgin Mobile is an useless application
I use it on Apple iPhone with os 17.02, it is full of bugs.
- There is no option to transfer eSIM to a new phone from the old phone, although their people claim it can be done. You have to go to their people and apply as SIM lost.
- For my Apple Watch 9 Ultra I tried to apply for eSIM monthly subscription. But the buggy application has no option to pay. And their customer service has no clue what to do.
Techincal Support is the worst
I had tried to subscribe for apple watch sim and some issue occurred from virgin mobiles side and the process dodnt happen properly i tried reaching out to virgin to fx even after several weeks all they has to say is they are working on it .
App crash
The app crashes always while registering new connection for home wifi , it seems like they’re not bothered.
The app keeps getting stuck
The app is currently not working. It keeps hanging even when it does and keeps logging me out.
App not working
The App is showing error 420007. Not working since 2 days. There is no customer care to speak to. App is full of errors

Anytime I want to check anything on app like my data balance etc, it asks for update. I check data balance when already running low on data then how I will update ?
