Total incompetence
What a glorious mess: I tried to grab an eSIM and, surprise, the system chucks an “error: generated number no longer available” at the final step. I smash “generate another one” only to watch it crash and burn—after my card has already been billed, of course. Then support screws up the basics, asking “which number?” as if I keep a Rolodex of randomly generated digits. Login? Nonexistent. Navigating this circus of boneheaded UX choices—support chat hidden behind a login, support tickets locked to logged-in users—was a soul-crushing nightmare, capped off by a mountain of sheer incompetence from “help” staff.
