Nice app... When it works
I have the app on iOS and, overall, I consider it a good app, which helps you manage your plan properly. One really bad thing is that you can use it only through your data plan, hence, if you run out of data is basically impossible to access the app to boost your data. I lived in several countries and this happened to me only with Virgin UAE. Besides, 50% of the times the app crashes... Instead of investing on me features, focus on stability first please.

Tricky activation, promo is not applied and assistance does not answer
There is no way to get in touch with them except through the app and they simply don’t reply! I have moved to Virgin from etisalat I have payed in advanced and the promo is not reflected on my contract. But the worst things there is no way to get a feedback or reply as they just have seller
SCAMMERS
The worst service ever. I was processing a 130AED “Pay as you go” roaming package and they charged me 2160 AED without any authorization from my side. You can talk only via chat, which is useless, they never call you back. They are SCAMMERS. Please don’t go with them.

Had an amazing experience with Virgin. Got the delivery within 60 minutes and Jamshed Ali was very helpful and professional who gave the delivery
