The splash screen freezes so you can’t access the app. I don’t have the time for a badly designed app - how can they get their main customer interface so badly wrong.
Wynsdee helped us with our new sims and was extremely helpful - the virgin kiosk outside the mall was not very helpful at all. They need more training in customer service for sure.
This is the worst network I have ever considered in my entire life. Rubbish minutes and data. Not to mention the rest of the broadbands for free data up to 50GB to celebrate national day but of course I am with virgin so no surprise I woke up to none. And it’s also disgustingly expensive compared to Du and etisalat.
If it hadn’t of been for Joanne to show me step-by-step what it is that I need to do in order to stay on track with the app, my wallet and all the small tech aspects which are easy for many, but super difficult for me, I don’t know where I would be! Not only is she gracious, but she’s actually fun and she is the kind of person that has me wanting to get into the car and drive all the way to Mato Mall to meet her because she is pleasant and explains everything that I need to know in order to make my Virgin journey, a smooth one. Please promote her and give her lots of money, she deserves it!
I have a plan with virgin mobile I got it from their virgin shop at Al ain. I went on a holiday then I came back to find out that I have no service on my husband’s mobile and neither on mine. I went to aljeemi mall to find virgin shop has closed down. I am so frustrated for the past few days as I paid for my year plan in advance. Please I need to be reconnected. I need to use my mobile asap. I am waiting to hear from you. Thanks
Have been a customer for over 3 years. When I started out, they had good customer support, but this has declined over the years. Looking at their current app rating for the past year it is one star. Not surprised. On the upside, developers are replying to reviews … but the issues (sadly) are still present. Customer/ Technical Service At the start, they were quick at replying and trouble-shooting. However, this has gone downhill and I would rate it as one star. You can only have issues opened via the ticketing system. My colleagues and friends who are on Virgin Mobile did confirm having the same challenges with them. Slow replies and slow resolution. This is not what we have been used to. Recent issues did highlight this. Had a second SIM card and wanted to transfer data from my monthly plan to the (new) pay-as-you-go. I was told I needed to have 85AED in each wallet to transfer the data. Topped up both accounts. Once done, I was getting an error. So far, had the ticket open for over five days and needed a quick resolution as my guests wanted to use the data. To fix the error it took them over two weeks. By this time my relatives left, and I was stuck with no data, 170AED out of pocket for something I couldn’t use/ or need anymore. Very disappointing customer service. Due to this, would consider changing providers once my contract expires. Price I think they are one of the more affordable options in the market and would recommend them should they not have crappy customer service and slow turn-around times and not take responsibility for their issues. Coverage Had not issues over the past 3 years. Virgin Mobile is a virtual network so they are using DU hardware. Data and Mobile The 5G service and mobile home service had been working as expected.
the actual data and price is good but the app doesnt even open half the time and constantly crashes
