صراحه جداً رهيبه في تعاملها و ساعدتنا بعد المشكله الي صارت في فرع المطار قعدت معنا لين حلت لنا الموضوع و كانت جداً لبقه في تعاملها و كانت متفهمه موقفنا و كانت طول الوقت تعتذر و هو مو غلطها عجزت اوصل لها شكري من كل قلبي (( نور في فرع دبي مول ))
good app and good service
easily accessible area to view how much data is left (minutes and data), offers are sent right to you and you can get huge benefits, sure there can be small bugs but this can be resolved if you contact them, and I do get some login errors now and then but I don’t really care as long as I have data to message my friends and family or watch videos online

Worst experience it’s been an hour and they could not figure out why the service is not activated
Do not get the tourist sim from them. I have been here for an hour and support is lacking while the sim is not working and they could not figure out why.

حتى نجمة واحدة مايستاهلها حملته وحذفته لانه كله إنجليزي وأنا ماعرف ولا كلمة إنجليزي وألان أنا مسافر ولا قدرت افعل تجوال البيانات ولا أقدر أستقبل مكالمات بسبب اللغة
برنامج غير جيد ومعقد جدا وخدمه غير متوفره
ولا يوجد خدمه عملا او مراكز للمراجعين
