It’s the best meditation app I’ve found so far. Not only do they have lots of different types of meditations to experiment with, but they’re also very welcoming to share the app, if you’re not ready for a subscription yet.

I always have been struggled with meditation, one way I have been put too many requirements on myself. At other apps there’s some music or sounds what’s aiming focus away. Waking up has some great balance.

I tried waking up first a few years ago. Back then this was the only place where finally someone has explained what it is and how to meditate, how to be and what to expect. The introductory course is amazing. Let alone the rest of the material that will suit all kinds of people as there are loads. I really recommending starting with the intro course and then just exploring to your heart’s content ❤️

I first tried Waking Up 4 years ago. At that time, I was just starting with meditation and felt that I’m not quite ready for this app. But something about it kept me interested.
