Hidden Fees and Poor Service - Avoid This Airline!
This airline’s “cheap” prices are a trap! They have hidden charges and penalties that can easily end up costing you more than the original ticket price. They count on you missing the fine print in their terms and conditions, and it seems intentionally misleading. One example is the web check-in process. To do a free web check-in is almost impossible, so you’re practically forced to buy their paid add-ons. I couldn’t complete the web check-in for free, so I went to the counter, assuming I could check in there. But to my surprise, they told me that since I hadn’t done a web check-in, they couldn’t issue my boarding pass without an additional charge. I was shocked to be asked to pay a hefty fee of 8705 INR — the same price as my ticket! The worst part is that they only open the check-in counter 3 hours before departure, and you’re required to complete web check-in by then. So, if you don’t pay for the web check-in add-on and miss the cutoff, you’re forced to pay an excessive penalty. This feels like a deliberate trap, designed to catch people out and make them pay extra. This is the worst airline I have ever flown with. I felt completely ripped off and frustrated by their sneaky practices. Avoid this airline if you value transparency and fair treatment!
