Constant issues with the notifications. I have several apps that send me those and i literally have issues with zoho only. The latest one is looping notifications - getting notifications every other minute even though there is no real update... indefinitely! As i write this review it cranked it up and getting empy notification every couple of seconds... Restarting phone doesnt help. Previously not every notification arrived for example. Or it just sent the first notification with sound and others were not sent unless the first one was dismissed. Previously you just had to update the app but recently nothing helps. Poor customisation features as well, very badly programmed app.

The iPhone app, just like the desktop version, is glitchy and unreliable. The cache refresh always has issues making recent records unavailable in searches sometimes for hours. Notifications are rarely delivered in real time, and push notifications sometimes just stop without the settings being turned off on the phone. When making changes to the properties of a ticket and saving, almost always at least one category doesn’t actually save. The app, as well as the desktop version, really need a lot of work to be considered a top tier product in my opinion.

I own a number of businesses and just migrated to Zoho desk to make things easier and more affordable. Not a problem nearly two weeks in almost and cheaper than the competition and offers just a tad more. I also love that there is a chat function, knowledge base, and I can easily communicate with my remote people from their desks. Zoho has made the migration to fully remote really easy so thanks.
This is a great app to use when I am not working in my usual office setup, but notifications stopped going through months ago. I was able to get notifications when a customer responded or a new ticket came in, but not they just don’t show up at all. Very frustrating.
