Please could you in your next update provide us with Knowledge Base (KB) access for notes and updating articles on the fly.
Thank you guys and gals. Having moved from SpiceWorks (another great Helpdesk) I have found another in Zoho Desk.
I’ve tried a few other ticketing platforms and really like this one. Works well for me and my business.
I find Zoho desk very helpful for my business. I don’t use the app in isolation, I use it to complement the windows browser version. So a lot of the time I use it in Chrome, but when I am away from my desk I can still be notified of updates and reply to tickets. The best feature is that email issues that come direct to me can be emailed direct to the Helpdesk with detects who the original was from and creates a new ticket for me. Brilliant.
No matter what I try with this app I get an “error email not sent” when trying to send a reply... about as much use as a chocolate teapot, useless!
Just awful. You can’t delete spam easily. You have to wade through this slow app. Just clogs up and wastes your time. Avoid.
From what I can tell (I’ve only been using this for about 2 weeks), many of the issues other people have had in the past with disparity of functionality between the app and the desktop version are now resolved. Definitely worth giving it a go.
A great app let down by no mobile notifications on receiving new tickets. Until I can get alerts I can’t switch from zendesk :-(
Basic app for replying to tickets on the go, but that's about it. No notifications on new tickets being opened (VERY basic feature for a ticket app) and my custom ticket statuses don't show up in the app either, so I can't even take a few minutes to organise my tickets when out and about. Considering this app recently had a "serious overhaul" there's still a lot more to do.
