Best online shopping experience consisting of quality, value diversity and great customer experience!!!

I’ve had 2 bad experiences with them. The first one EVER they accepted my order then they cancelled it the next it and permanently blocked my account for no apparent reason. I wanted to understand why this happened they answer with an email telling me that any further emails from me they won’t bother to reply to me. The second time I opened an asos account using my sister’s email, i chose my items which everyone knows takes hours and lots of energy to chose. They accepted the order and took my money and told me i will receive it on the 25 of april. Waited all day and nothing happened. I try to contact them they all respond the same and take hourrrsss to reply back. Till this day they still owe me my money and I don’t have my order and they decided to return it back to their warehouse. For an international seller like this I’d expect better services and an apology which I never got.

My order was refunded without giving me reasons. And the shipment payment was not returned although I haven’t received anything. Worst experience ever

I’ve been trying to log in and add items but it’s not working

I have been ordering from Asos for the last 6 years, and the process was okay. I have recently placed an order, and APG ecommerce is handling the delivery of the package; worst shipping company ever! I am never ordering from Asos again because of this. The customer service on Asos has also become useless and automated ( there used to be an actual person assisting with issues; not anymore !) Very disappointed with recent order issues. I am never ordering from Asos again.

I discovered that asos sell at different prices for different countries. It is not a tax issue because taxes are included later after purchase also shipment fees are paid separately. So you price according to the country? U are an inline store if it was a store or authorized dealer we would understand. You ship to countries just next to ours for cheaper prices.

Iwas enjoying all the items on the website and had multiple international purchases until the day i received wrong size even though my order was very clear in matters of what size i purchased, then i followed the steps for return and re-purchased the same item again and for the 2nd time the item delivered was with the wrong size. Then i tried to reach for support, they have this stupid 24/7 online support which is not supportive at all and gives me automated stupid responses whatever i ask. The worse part i am trying to return the items now and the shipping company is asking me for 120$ fees to ship back!!!!! I need to get a number or email address which i could contact!!!!!!!

They cancel your order whenever they want and they dont do anything about it, They just “InVesTigaTe”
