The return process is really bad. They are not helpful at all
I usually buy at ASOS but I've had problems several times and this last time it was terrible. I placed an order and it automatically gave "payment insufficiency" I didn't understand what happened and I ordered the same items again and it worked. I checked my bank stratum and they withdrew the amount of the two orders, I talked to customer service and they said they would return the money. It's been more than 20 days and I still haven't received my money. You guys are terrible!

So I ordered a few items on two different dates and two different parcels. Kept checking DHL updates and called DHL to be advised they never even received the parcels from asos. Contacted asos three times to tell them this and was advised to just wait. Today‘s call centre agent, Jess topped it off. She says the parcels are with DHL, that they are wrong but that she will have to ask DHL to return the items and send new ones. When I asked why DHL could not send them she was dumbfounded. Two minutes later I receive notifications from asos that the items have been refunded although I did not request this and to top it off the items are showing as available on their app. Never in my life have I experienced such lack of logistics, common sense and customer service.
Cancelaram o meu pedido de propósito para não puder usar o voucher, como era o voucher de novo cliente (45€) agora já não o posso usar outra vez, muito bem jogado. Espertalhões !

I tried to return 3 items from different 3 orders and the bar code was wrong. My items was ordered within 28 days, everything is right to proceed the return. It’s because the carrier’s website is offline that ASOS can’t do anything about that they say. But they could change the carrier and I could made my return then. 3 days have passed, I talked to many different People on chat and no one can solve this problem. Unfurtunatly, I have other orders coming from ASOS. At this moment I just wanted to cut the bond with ASOS for real
