ASOS: die beste Fashion online

I bought a pair of shoes but didn’t get any order confirmation by email. Shoes arrived but turned out to be too small, I wanted to size up so I contacted them asking for the return parcel, they refused to help me because they couldn’t find my order linked to my account, I told them a purchased as a guest and all 4 times they dropped off the convo without helping me. They obviously have their customer service in another country because their answers were standardized and they kept asking the same questions without caring on fixing my problem. There’s no other way to contact them, I tried to reach them through social media but they didn’t care at all. I wasted 200.-, I will never buy from this store again! Trash

J’aime bien asos en général mais le fait qu’il y’ait aucun moyen de les contacter appart en ayant une conversation avec un robot c’est vraiment dommage et je vais sûrement plus commander la bas. J’ai actuellement un soucis à cause de Klarna et je n’ai aucun moyen de contacter asos pour qu’ils règlent le problème. C’est très dommage

I’ve been using asos for a long time now but recently a lot off discount codes don’t work and products don’t ship to Switzerland, even when I change the delivery country a lot of times it doesn’t work ! So what is the point of promoting the discount codes go ‘my country shop’ or showing me the products that I can’t get ?? It has gotten very annoying and disappointing.

Schade das ihr wohl ihr so eine weltweit grosse Reichweite habt, immer noch mit Plastik Tüten versendet. Gerade Asos könnte sich es leisten umweltfreundlich zu sein…. Das ist ein riesen - Punkt

Dafür dass Asos relativ teuer ist, wird unprofessionell gearbeitet. Hab schon mehrmals falsche Kleidungsstücke oder komplett andere Pakete bekommen. Mein Retourgeld bis heute nie bekommen.

Les vidéo et les infos sur la taille des mannequins aident beaucoup C’est vraiment un plus. 👍🏼. Par contre, j’aimerais pouvoir choisir la langue française dans l’appli pour la Suisse et pas moyen. C’est soit allemand, soit Anglais et pourtant, nous sommes bcp à parler francais, ca c’est vraiment un moins. Délais de livraison correct. 👍🏼
