The item was faulty and eligible to be returned by 13th Jan but because the label created was passed by 1 business day, they refused to take it back. Absolutely scam and rip off. Never purchasing anything from this company.

As title suggests, all is really good. I like how it’s set out and the shopping experience nice and easy. ASOS itself however, not as good as they used to be. I’ve been an ASOS customer for 10+ years. Their returns process, shipping cost and shipping times are woeful now. Minimum 2 weeks for standard delivery now and occasionally longer than that, no matter what time of year. Express post is $30 AUD (what??!). You have to pay an annual fee to be a premier customer ($50 AUD). I think it’s pathetic for long time, regular customers. At least offer a points or loyalty system? I understand business has to business, but really this is getting ridiculous.
I’ve had a frustrating experience with this app's refund process. I returned items over a month ago, yet I’m still waiting for my refund with no resolution in sight. The app doesn’t seem to have a proper refund policy or efficient customer service to address these issues. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting reliable support or timely refunds. Very disappointing!
I’m usually not one to write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with this store. Unfortunately, my time shopping here has been incredibly frustrating. First off, my order was supposed to arrive on time, but it took an unreasonably long time to ship. I was patient, but after waiting for weeks, my package I asked for a refund instead of waiting for the package. I contacted customer service, and after a lot of back-and-forth, I was told that they requested a return to the warehouse , but the process was going to take "up to 21 days" after they received the package. However, the package never actually arrived, and after the “21 days” of following up, it still hasn’t been resolved. It’s been over a month now, and I still haven’t received a refund. They’ve lost my package, ignored my concerns, and provided no real solution. I’m left with no clothes and no money back. Very disappointing experience overall—buyer beware.

ASOS is fast becoming my ‘go to’ for online shopping. Their product and category range is huge and affordable! All items I have orders have been of the expected, high quality. There is always a Promotion to consider when making a purchase and the Free Shipping is a nice bonus! Highly recommend having a look, you won’t regret it!
I bought The Ordinary products during ASOS’s “black friday 20% off” sale, only to find the “discounted” price was the same as the brand’s regular price—and they even marked up higher! This feels deceptive. Please stop inflating prices to fake discounts. Stop buying from ASOS
