ASOS - Discover Fashion Online

I have placed 4 orders so far for 15+ articles. Only 2 of them fit, but all the rest I had to return. The sizes do not match. It is the very first time I have experienced this and I am one who is checking the sizing table. Online sizes do not match with the size on the product itself.

The worst provider ever. I ordered a dress that was not a good fit and returned it more than a month ago and they rejected it because they said it was outside the timeframe. This is not acceptable. I returned it a few days after the arrival.

Poor customer care and delivery is bad

I have sent a Retur 35 days ago and when I am asking for help they required me stupid things and proofs

Almost impossible to talk to Customer Care. There is always just a Virtual Assistant, which is useless!
