Asos app is horrible at least in México
I couldn’t get in touch with any human person to resolve my issue So finally I lost more then 350 usd, ups never got my order as I needed to present them information that I don’t have so they Can free my product. To send back I couldn’t as ups told me asos should contact them. I try to contact them from November till February, no answer… so don’t recommend this app probably you will loose your money and never get your product.
