ASOS: la mejor moda en línea

I live in Germany and i don’t speak German, a lot of people here are expats and don’t speak German, there should be an option to have delivery to Germany but the app is in English

Mi cuenta fue bloqueada por actividad sospechosa luego de haber comprado un par de zapatillas. Necesito la devolución de mi dinero. No hay manera de contactarse con ASOS, su chat virtual no responde y no ayuda.

Me parece demasiado caro el costo de delivery a Perú

I placed an order that was supposed to arrive on July 9th. Without any notice, the order had some issues and didn’t arrive. I asked about it and it seems ASOS gave a wrong address to UPS. The package now was gonna arrive July 20th. I needed it before July 13th. It was ASOS mistake, and they didn’t want to give me a refund or at least credits to buy other stuff. I will not buy ever again from them. Worst customer experience ever.
