Recently placed two orders within a month and both of the them were cancelled and refunded without any notifications beforehand. Then next, you need to spend a lot of time finding a customer assistant to help you. It’s like a total waste of time purchasing from the app since you’ll never get your products. Just get prepared that your order will be cancelled at any time!

Sadly, nowdays return fee is way too high for customers in Taiwan. Think twice before making your purchase. Or unless you're sure you won't have to return anything.
