Used asos since 2020, and always happy. But it is quite annoying to be stressed about the payment. Sometimes the app doesn’t respond etc and have to start again…

You can add something to UX you know, sometimes the order fails to be paid, even after all steps, because of connectivity issues, and it’s not clear at first that the payment failed. I had to wait to find out. And after the order failed you can add the button to reorder and add back all items to the cart to try again. It’s so annoyingly simple to think about after all these years come on

Helaas wel vaak dingen uitverkocht of niet op assortiment maar echt perfecte werking. Mooie spullen.

As you know there are a lot of foreigners every where so please make sure to work on a solution to get multiple languages in each location please!

Dubieuze zaak een deel van de bestelde artikelen kunnen helemaal niet retour. Totaal onlogische site en app om je weg in te vinden.

Wanneer perongeluk de verkeerde betaal methode is gekozen en ik terug wil, is mijn hele winkelwagen verwijderd. Dit is vooral moeilijk als je de items dan niet hebt opgeslagen bij je favorieten, meestal moet je lang zoeken om ze weer terug te krijgen.
