ASOS - Discover Fashion Online

I recently ordered clothes from them, enticed by their promise of free shipping on orders over $100. However, upon picking up my order, I was surprised to find a $25 shipping fee added. This discrepancy was disappointing. Moreover, the quality of the clothes was not as expected. The fabric felt cheap. Overall, my experience with asos fell short of expectations. The misleading shipping policy and disappointing quality of the clothes make it hard for me to recommend them.

Don’t bother. The quality of stuff they have is substandard. They never deliver anything on time ever. And when you pay express for delivery it literally doesn’t change nothing. Talking to customer service is like talking to a boiler potato. Terrible experience all in all.

You’ll have to pay an additional 15% on pick-up (From Canada) that was not mentionned on the receipt, at least if its was shown on the payment I wouldn’t mind it -_- i’m removing this stupid app right now never never buy again

Asos sent me the wrong size for my pants, then made me pay money on delivery to get the right size. Asos associates advised me that i will be refunded the duty charge paid to receive the correct order but then refused my refund on some stupid technicality. Asos sent the wrong order, asos associates lied and i lost money. Worst experience ever

Mai avuto problemi di ricezione di articoli tramite altri corrieri, questi oltre che non mi hanno lasciato il pacco, ho dovuto andare a ritirare pagando 16$!!! e in più per poter restituire l'articolo devo pagare 22$?!?!?!? Mai visto un servizio così pessimo! Non lo consiglio a nessuno!

I love the app, it works well. Customer service through the online platform is great! I’ve had problems with receiving orders twice and the agents were very helpful. The only thing that would make my experience better would be to give the measurements for each piece of clothe, or offer free return.

Error message, use virtual assistant, instructs to take a screenshot, no way to post the screenshot in chat. “Please contact us again in 2-3 hours while we fix the ability to post pictures” yeah doubtful. Unable to place order “oops unable to ship to Canada from asos Canada” “no panic you can still deliver to your selected destination by switching to asos shop for Canada” push the button nothing happens

Try contacting them for help on your order, especially in Canada. Good luck with that, and good luck with all the custom fees 😭
