I was not refunded for a terrible hotel that did not match the pictures. I called them and was told that it is possible to refund only 15% of the amount of my order, that is about 6 euros ... nothing else was not offered, and that promised 50% more inside the purse to do on their website was also a deception, nothing. Further review about this hotel: Terrible place! The booking site had completely different pictures of the room. It felt like there was no cleaning at all in their regular rooms. Everything is stained, dusty and streaked... I was changed from one dirty room to another dirty room with plastic on the floor, a beer bottle cap, cobwebs on the shower and a lot of dirt on the ceiling and walls... in general, their lobby with reception looks the same. The pictures on the picture are completely different from what they provide in person, and they also said that there are only 6 rooms like on the picture.... Also my neighbors had a party and made noise all night, the walls are very thin and earplugs did not help at all. At my request the administrator went up to them once, nothing changed, and after I woke up again at 2 am and wrote to him that something should be done he told me "I already asked them once, what do I need to do more?". No one apologized to me and flat out refused to give me a refund for the rest of the days. It's just amazing how this is possible. This is my worst experience ever at a hotel.

I had booked an international flight and firstly to make any modifications etc one needs to call from registered mobile no which is so frustrating and at times not possible from another country! Secondly I was told by customer service my tickets are non refundable and not changeable just for me to find on the last day from the airline website that the tickets were flexi tickets! Awful experience. Thirdly when I am sending emails to clarify in this I’m going on getting a revert that the ticket is closed. Leaves a passenger really in the lurch.

Excellent app with user friendly approach

Every time try to deduct charges when flight or train cancelled. Very pathetic customer services with this type of forge activities.

Incident happened with me today they give fake promises later dont even refund and dont even rspons properly. Bad customer service

I booked a train ticket to travel from Mumbai to Dimapur, and then it got cancelled without any notification on my phone and gmail. I got to know it got cancelled only after I boarded the train and the TTE told me. After which I checked makemy trip, but it continued to show that I was on waiting list and only the next day I was notified on the app that it got cancelled. I thought the refund would be without 48 hours but it has taken more 8 days now. I tried to reached customer care though phone and email, there no way to reached them! I have reported through the app saying I haven’t received my refund, but I haven’t got any response so far! I used to trust this app but it has gotten worse now.
