This was my first time to use the app. I am not Indian, but the app does not exclude me from using the app. Easy and Great ! I do not sure how long does it take to get the refund. Hope it fast as it took.

Very easy way to booking and user friendly

No proper support in case of a problem

No option to check refund status. And recently, they did a fraud with me. I paid Rs.16708 and getting refund only Rs. 15184. Pnr- O7DVRI Worst service, no reply on emails. I send ao many emails. No customer service. I make so many call calls. No care executive received a call.

Please be careful by using make my trip to use for any booking, their support is extremely bad. Even in very genuine cases they are not providing any good will to customers, so as long as possible to avoid them than regretting it in future. You may use Expedia or Agoda and their support is always customer centric and they value you more as a customer or partner and never treat you as worthless

This app offers good deals but when you enter your payment it never goes through... no cards, even paypal are not working on this app!
