Finally an improvement I asked for years has been implemented: International phone numbers are accepted in your profile. This definitely makes MMT my first choice to travel in India. Thank you.

Easy to use but too much notifications

I'm really sorry to say that my experience with this app is not great because the given promotional coupons are expired

After booking my first train and paying, I never got my ticket and seat number. The app doesn't have after sale service. On the internet I found email and phone number to contact them. I got no reply to my emails and could not reach anyone by phone. The app could only be useful to check availability of trains and fares. I do not recommend.

Dont use MMT app they have very bad customer support . They dont have any agent to talk to. I cant get my issue resolved over a week .
