I will strongly say don't ever book your trip through make my trip. They don't have any customer care here and I followed several times for my claim but nothing happen. M seriously disappointed. I would suggest to go for ClearTrip.ae

I am not happy with their service they failed my booking after payment and they said refund will be processed in 5-12 working days i was in need of flight and I didn’t have more money in my account to book another flight they ruined my whole plan

Since yesterday have been trying to make a booking but no luck and no way to find helpline also.

It was my first booking and they cancelled the booking by deducting the amount. Now they are saying that they will refund the money but it will take time so still no contact from them. They should first confirm the flight and then take money. Poor experience. I dont know if they will pay back the money or not.

Great service

They don’t have email or chat support (iOS). In a flying business one expects email support from the company especially when most of the customers don’t have international roaming.

Very poor service they can’t even help nor call I have submitted 100 of requests.

Great and easy to go for any option I cancelled my ticket and it was just very easy

It was so easy I just thought my money got lost
