Very bad and I need to go to a certain place which I couldn’t because all the money I spend is wasted

This app really worsts app they don’t give any help option in there app even don’t have fully information regarding any enquiry Even they don’t care about customer problem Infect the hold the amount of cancellation I don’t like sach bad app plz use some other platform

When the time i want to re sched my flight they will tell you to cancel it then make a new flight without any refund from them! Scammer!!!!!

In their website, it says that my refund is already credited to my bank account which it isn’t. No available customer service in UAE, no email provided for customer service! How can I reach them? The money is still with them and not in my account. I have to call India customer service, very very inconvenient. I will never book ticket in makemytrip again. Very bad service!

I do not recommend their service for rebooking. Its very difficult to close rebooking request. You”ll have to call their contact centre in India and will say that they check with their partners and feedback will be available within 24-48hrs (RIDICULOUS). Once they have the feedback, they will do an intentional missed call without even ringing and they will send email stating that you’re not reachable. They even claim that they are not receiving email confirmations from their company mailbox. (FRAUD) Then you have no choice but to call their contact center and reply to you that rebooking charge increased x100%. This is a scam. Trust me. Not even a note that they can change their price whenever they want. Taking this as an opportunity to charge people double.

I booked a flight dubai to manila and add baggage allowance they already charged me but during my check in there is no baggage allowance allotted so i have to pay at the airport for my baggage and still I didn’t get my refund poor customer service for my complaint will never booked again on this app such a hassle.

Im not saying you will face problem but when you do they will tell you its your fault and the truth is that app fault they will tell you their app is perfect and no flaws if u know what i mean nothing is perfect computer will make mostakes at some point and its your fault 😂and they will ask you to cancel the ticket and not in full refund which very expensive 😂. Base on my experience very bad better to buy ticket direct from airlines if you are thinking to save 100aed think twice u might loose thousands instead like me
