MakeMyTrip is an amazing app. It sets the standard in travel apps. It’s quick, easy to use and is very effective.

Customer support is literally lying ... I did a hotel booking for 2 room and it’s disaster with modification of this booking ... customer support lying .. the solution I got so far is to pay full amount of booking from my pocket and MMT will repay me ... why would I pay money from my pocket ??? This company is sucking ...

Best price guarantee is one of the biggest bogus offer. You are eligible for BPG only if you have not used any deal codes. What kind of trick is this? When u make a purchase.. you will be provided with a minimum of two deal codes to apply. So it is very common that an user choose one deal code and becomes not eligible for the guarantee. Even, the BPG is compared with a price before deal offers and including he deal. Worst ever!

This is my 3rd time trying to book something as a foreigner. And it is never working. Does not take foreign credit card. I appearently have 2100 ruppees in my wallet in the app, but it does not let me use it. The idea and initial layout is great. The prices are great. It just does not let me buy anything. Also, they slap on 900ruppees as ‘convenience charge’ at the end of the booking. Convenient for who? When i abandonned my booking they called me back quickly and offered to remove the convenience charge of i would book. What a rip off company. I am booking it elsewhere for less now anyway.

Customer service and after-sale service is just horrendous.

Dont use MMT app they have very bad customer support . They dont have any agent to talk to. I cant get my issue resolved over a week .
