Could not book train tickets, because the app doesn't take my passport id as a correct id.

They will send you offers coupons that does not work.. they will increase the price the moment you searched a destination or a holiday package twice… its evident on the change of price because not lot of people are searching but because you are searching… its advisable to not book on makel my trip and lose your excitement about your precious holidays. I d rather spend a little more and go with other providers

I had travelled to Maldive via Make My Trip. The whole booking made by them but the guide and the staff was so arrogant. Literally no ever will travel by MMT.

This app is controlled by CCP and data is been transmitted to China.

The app defaults to a future date and one tickets are booked there is no support for any changes.. really a bad user experience., almost like tricking you to book the wrong fight.. pity they resort to such measures for such small amounts of money

Good app with UI but food selection does not go through the booking. I have booked several time international flights with selection of hindu veg meal, but the booking confirmation does not show it and in the flight i faced problems. There must be a technical problem as i have faced this while booking it on App.

Pls do not send emails regarding tickets. Kindly respect people’s choice to search without being bothered. Understand that sharing an email does not implies that you shd start sending promotional emails.

Your wallet is like cheating. You show wallet of 2800 INR but when I did booking I can only use 200INR. Then why do I see 2800??? You can show 200 and give 200. We are still ok, but showing something else and giving something else... very bad.

Hotel Booking on 6th June 2018, the room shown in the photo is not what we were provided. When we tried to contact MakeMyTrip support no 18001028747 no one attended the call till 45 mins .its so pathetic that when my parents arrived at the hotel they say the room is not ready , later the room what they provided was worse. No help from MakeMyTrip. Just a waste....
