My flight got cancelled and I was given a refund that doesn’t reflect in my account. I try to find it in my canceled trip section but nothing shows up. I can only see it through a whatsapp message link from the company.

기술문제로 비행기 티켓이 예약안되서 전액 환불해준다고 안내받았는데 80%밖에 환불안됨. 고객센터 전화 및 이메일 보내도 한달 지나도록 기다리라는 말밖에 없음.

I paid you in advance for Airport cab service. Taxi never arrived even after 30 mins of waiting. After many attempts I was able to connect customer service and asked to cancel my ride as it was to late. I was told they have taken note of my issues and would contact within 48 hours. All I receive was my taxi ride receipt. 2X refund if cap is late for 15 minutes???

This app is not reliable at all, I booked a plane ticket and when I cancelled they say i will get 50% and they are not giving back the 50%and when i called customer care they bouncing ma call ,useless app not recommending to anyone
