Doesn’t work well
I have cancelled the renewal of the next year and it took my money anyways. The system of the app works horribly and I had problems login in and that it does what I want to. I want my money back!!!

Worth every penny
Best learning subscription
I am a long term customer of MasterClass and enthusiastic about their regular additions of high quality classes with very high profile teachers. Over the last year I’ve been inspired to learn to play the Ukulele, do better negotiation and ride my skateboard more efficiently. Love it.
Renewal policy is a scam
Highly recommend not giving this service as a gift. They require a credit card at signup and will automatically renew membership in a year. They refuse to give a refund for the renewal even if you have not used the service.
Sooo Disappointrd
I’m not sure if it’s me but I have had soooo much trouble with this app! It stops mid show, goes an around and around or says something went wrong. Then the app freezes. I paid around a $ 100 dollars back in Nov/ Dec for a “Black Friday” for the year and this is the most redicpus and frustrating app/ program I have ever dealt with. Absolute ridiculous and the most frustrating thing I’ve dealt wish I never paid for it so disappointing.!
Amazing content, but the app needs to be updated
I enjoy the content of the app. you can learn so much. The content is a 5/5 star rate. Unfortunately whenever I try to use the app my phone over heats. It’s is the only app this happens with, it drains my battery really fast. The background option needs to be fix, the audio plays double with a few seconds of delay and only gets fixed after closing the app completely.
Great Content, Garbage App
Why can’t you just let me watch content like a normal person. Whoever made this app is a moron.
Can’t cast to tv
Buffers for 5 minutes then plays 5 seconds and then buffers again for another five minutes and then plays for five seconds again… repeats over and over so I guess I’m doomed to my devices (phone, tablet and probably laptop)
Beware charges
There is no way to easily cancel membership. They will continue to charge your credit card after the first year.
