i just want to understand better with my native language

You can’t download lectures for offline viewing if you are an individual account user. If you want to download, you need to buy the tier that comes with 6 accounts, which obviously is something ridiculous to do for an individual user. Master Class management needs a master class on how to tier provided services. I’ll not spend another penny on this service.

I have paid for this app two times and couldn’t watch a single video so far. Despite my many emails to support email address, none of the Masterclass employees has responded. I have only received one email explaining that a new membership is approved without any extra payment BUT, even though I followed the instructions carefully, the app has not worked still. It is a very expensive app and you shouldn’t download it since it is garbage outside of USA i guess. My money has not been refunded since no one is responding to my emails. Very disappointing.

For my iphone 13 mini, its pain in the a.. everytime i want to open it i need to download it from the beginning because it crash everytime i want to open it second time..plus it stopped accepting my google login account so basically i cant use it now although i paid yearly.. thanks masterclass.

Müşterisi bile olmayan çöplükten ibaret kerîz silkeleyici!!!!! Sakın bu spamcılara paranızı kaptırmayın!! Abuse report etmekten bıktık, 7/24 spam atmaktan bıkmadınız!! Do not use or pay masterclass services. They nonstop send us spam mails from different mail domain addresses. There is no way to block or cancel subscription. They constantly buy new domain to send you spam mails. This company is total scâm!!!!!!!

Thanks to the free upgrade, I can now download the classes and listen to them later. I couldn’t use it without wifi due to my limited internet data. And the price is localized, 800tl/year in Turkey. Much better than alternatives. Thank you, my favorite app!
