Nice resource but poor customer service
Was locked out of my account for a month, and the response ans well as resolution time were very poor.
Most inefficient version
I’ve used the previous versions of the Masterclass Apps with no problem but this version is most inefficient and inconvenient!
There is no transcript. So i cancel my subscription on first day.
The number 1. reason why i give 1 star and cancel my subscription on the first day. because there is no transcript. The subscription is too much expensive and i am not here for fun i am seriously learn and make notes and study. You guys need to have serious. And aware why we put our money so long run. Pros Cons No monthly subscription only yearly. No transcript. Expensive. Refund policy is garbage for everyone. I have problem to pay money on website from my Visa card it show Me success but nothing happen. Pay from third party give me heart attack. Because when i try to refund it’s show me unable to refund. But finally refund successful. I can’t access 30 day trial only one day experience. But i am happy to got my refund.

This app has great courses over different subjects which I love about this app , but the thing which I am very much disappointed about is that you have to purchase complete subscription , so if I am only interested in 1 or two courses why should I purchase the complete subscription. So a suggestion is to provide with this update on which user can also purchase 1 course separately as well 😊

Great Learning Experience
Just learning and motivated to act at a pace I hadn’t imagined
Chromecast casting not working!
I have been a MasterClass subscriber for over a year now! And, I have been facing this issues consistently! The Chromecast casting function lags, disconnects, doesn't start, and numerous other things... But it surely won't play!! Please fix this bug!

Worst supper
I have to really say that the it is one of the worst app ever I have used on App Store . They are least bothered for subscribers who have subscribed for annual packages and they simple deduct the payments and don’t deliver even a single lecture . Twice they have secured my money and I am still not able to use it . Pathetic .
