App itself is really bad and slow and hangs frequently
Never ending renewal cycle
If you subscribe make sure you want to be a member for better or for worse because getting out is somehow impossible… Been trying for 2 years and I clearly am not the kind of human who can do it! Definitely no worth it!
When your subscription ends you don't even have access to the course material you participated
I had a family plan for a year, now I can't even access the course I completed and downloaded offline. Also I don't want to register again because I found some of the courses are insane and I don't want to be the one funding that. For example a course from George W Bush on Authenticity!!! seriously guys!
Great content, sluggish user experience
If Netflix was a 10 for the user experience in terms of navigating from one selection to another MasterClass would be a 4 out of 10. Often, when you want to simply continue your selection where you left off, it lags and it seems to keep a poor track of where you left. It ruins the user experience as it feels glitchy. Can’t manage to log on ipad
Can’t manage to log on my ipad with facebook login and there is no way to log with any other account or change it in my settings

It would be good if we could use the advanced or step back in Apple TV with Apple TV remote !

Not a real class
Each “class” follows the same formula. A famous person speaks candidly about themselves. They give you some fundamental times which include: take chances, work hard, be ready for opportunities. You get the same inspiration for any self help book. People who are very famous, seemingly, can’t give advice. Luck has a lot do with it.
