MasterClass: Become More You

I really appreciate the amount of famous experts that you get to make courses which are top quality, while watching i feel like watching cinema-level productions. I especially love Crisis Day series, I love you guys for this app.

The courses are mainly “nice to watch” episodes of something like a smart Netflix series.

Apple store charged me much more (205) more than offered 180$. Why?

Completely useless support, if You try to redeem code for yearly subscription they will still charge You full price and later don’t care if You try to get your money back.

Have many issues with the app - needs to reload million times, sometimes suddenly get some voice form videos even when app is close, ux is not great. Quite a disappointment for such high price

Everyone, When buying subscription You don’t get an information that now lessons are cut in half! While watching Aron Sorkin’s masterclass I’ve realized that I have access only to 13 lessons. In the overview it says I’ll have access to 35. Now there are also no lessons in writers room with students which I’ve watched when I bought this master class few years ago. Reducing lessons in half is a big disappointment considering that I subscribed mostly to see Aaron Sorkin’s 35 lessons including working in writers room - that part for me is the most valuable part of his MasterClass and when buying a subscription I was assured by your overview description that I will get access to them. The same thing I experience regarding Dan Brown’s MasterClass which promises 19 classes and actually I have access only to 12. In other words we are not getting product We were offered in the description when buying it and that is cheating your customers.

The content might be good, but the app is terrible. For 850zl/year subscription I would expect at least that ALL courses can be downloaded offline (many are not, because of copyright... so what exactly am I paying all that money for?). Also the casting to Chromecast doesn’t work at all! What a shame!

Off line mode doesn’t work. I have downloaded many classes, but after few seconds I get error message. Such disappointed in the airplane, where I planned to watch some classes.

This is the easiest source of wisdom and skill-set ever made.

App rate would be higher if there would be an option to download workbooks on mobile devices.
