Trying to get suport
I have been trying to get support on my account and haven’t been able to use it for months for lack of support. Waste of money. And zero support

The iPad app simply stopped working
I was using flawlessly until about he time the “stories” were released and then I can’t watch the classes anymore. Btw, the “stories” format isn’t working good on iPad neither, it cuts off some text
Content is good but the app is TRASH
Almost every day I’m having problems with watching the videos on my phone and iPad. Terrible customer experience.
The app does not work anymore
The app does not allowed me to watch ANYTHING, keeps charging, i sent thousands e-mails, NO ASWER, bad bad bad experience
UX Experience
Need improcedente the UX. When I watch an episode and want to go back and review an old one, there's no "view all episodes" option. I downloaded Richard Branson's lessons and watched them all on the plane, it doesn't show up in my library as finished, it's like I didn't watch it. Use netflix as an example of UX, both of their features are great.
Cant watch offline
Ridiculous to pay thins mount of cash and cant download to watch offline. Do not recommend.
Please add Portuguese to your language set
The app is great, but it lacks Portuguese translation, there is a lot of Brazilians that would subscribe if there was a translation.
The best teaching you
Many knowledgment of many sources. I recomend.
