No offline viewing and downloading
Super disappointing. With the solo offer (129 euros!) you cannot download lessons for offline viewing. Only available for duo or family. Unbelievable.
The worst
Each time I download a class it’s gets deleted, and the I have to commute for 2 hours with out the class, the main reason for me to sub was the commute

How you can not pay per mouth ? Impossible de payer par mois 10€ ce qui serait convenable pour une personne lambda… Il faut cracher 200€ directement ! Il y a t’il une fonctionnalité de paiement par Mois ? Merci
They never let you go
Be warned that their marketing team will never let you go. No matter how many times you unsubscribe. Better to never start
L’app bugs all the time
The app is really bad : - the subtitles are available but they don’t work if you’re watching the video on your TV ; - if you receive a notification during a video, the video stops and restart from the beginning ; - once a video started, the app freezes and you can’t even pause ou rewind the video The classes are good but app is horrible to the point that you just want to get you money back.
Appli pas à la hauteur du contenus de très grande qualité
Le contenus est vraiment de très très haut niveaux mais l’appli est hélas vraiment pas terrible. Pas simple de s’y retrouver et surtout incapable de suivre l’avancement. D’une foi à l’autre et d’un support à l’autre elle repart trop souvent du mauvais endroit, incapable de se souvenir ou j’en était. Dommage …..
This is ridiculous
For some masterclasses on phone you can not navigate between episodes. This is just ridiculous. For “Brain health” series, after the 1st episode you just stuck and can not go further. When I want to report a problem, it says that I don’t have an email account installed on the device, and that is not true, so there is not even a possibility of a feedback.
Interesting but very slow app
Interesting content, even though the flow of new content is limited. Also the app is very slow.
Almost perfect !
Can we have the possibility to write our notes on the iOS application ? Thanks !
