Terrible functionality
By far one of the worst apps I have used. The app can’t even cast to a TV properly. Until they can fix this, this cannot even be called a product
Unable to Access account no help
Purchases Masterclass, requested help to use due to subscription issue. After months of trying to get help I gave up. No refund they just kept my money. App still does not work.
Forced Subscription for Free Membership?
I bought 1 for 1 subscription and gifted it to my son but Masterclass requires him to input credit card and only Mastercard? It is such an inconvenience for free gift. There should be a better way to secure auto renewal than this trick.
Great content but poor streaming experience
It was very frustrating that you have to wait the app buffering while all the other apps function greatly. so it’s not my Internet problem. If I have a choice to choose other app I will definitely switch
App keeps hanging when videos are being played
Have checked the internet and it seems to be more of the app buffering than the internet being poor. A bit disappointed.

High quality in App performance , layout , functionality. No delay in website response. Start up was easy. Login made simple. High quality Master class instructors and contents and video productions High quality pdf books accompany the video instructions . Unbelievable selections of contents and classes. Indeed a Masterclass.

Love this product so much. Lots of solid and inspiring content. Keep it going and please keep this affordable.
Beware of subscription extension
I am okay with the content. It looks and sounds nice, however everything is very high level and it’s nothing you can’t learn from simple google searches, at least for the classes I joined. What really upsets me is the automatic subscription. I haven’t used the app for 10 months and there is no notification that my subscription is about to expire but only a notification that I successfully extended once the credit card is charged. Beware and cancel on time if you don’t use anymore...
