I just had to pay check-in fee of 55 euros (a total of 110 for two) since I didn’t check in online due to uncertainties in COVID document requirement. This is really crazy. And the service woman at the check-in desk says it is not her problem because it’s “their(Ryan’s)” problem. She didn’t even ask us for seat preference and we had to sit distant from each other. You guys as LCC offers low cost air but this is how you make money? Low cost made more complicated!

I couldn’t understand spanish. But when I downloaded this app language setted as spanish and I couldn’t change the language how to change it?

When I try to book a flight it’s just show the error. The website also is doesn’t work.

I‘m in germany for trip. To go to other country, i downloaded this App. But i cannot find the option for changing languages to english. I can’t understand the App’s notice☹️☹️☹️

I booked my flight tickets through the Ryanair app. It took me only 5minutes. So easy to use. Highly recommend
