App installed on iphone XR now running latest IOS update 18. Will launch logo screen and then nothing. Has been doing this for last few months. Have deleted and reinstalled app. Have deleted cache and stopped icloud sync but still no luck. Giving 5star as used to work brilliantly. Assuming some aspect of my iphone causing grief as website and ipad app still work perfectly. Any ideas appreciated!

No option to order vegan meal

The country that invented the internet and they have this in 2022? Appalling, worst user experience of any travel app

Flights cancelled. Massive question limited staff Not enough research done on rebooking. Went back and found connecting flights myself. Itinerary got updated wrong. Had to call 3 different times to sort

Went to sign in and it automatically gave me a “you are locked out message and that is super frustrating.
