Sneaky to tell you it’s free after you pay.

This app is not user friendly. I needed to change my flight due to weather and I have a credit with United but was never given the option to use the credit to pay for the difference in price, I had to put in my card information. Plus changing flights was not an easy process. Frustrating.

I have a United explorer card. I pay an annual fee for this card so I can get a free bag check. Somewhere in the fine print I must have missed that basic economy does not give me a free bag check with my credit card. This is a scam and I will be looking for an alternative card for the future. So sick of your scams United. Kevin Carey

$40 to check a bag. An extra $25 to check in when you’re inside. Extra money if you want a charging port. Thanks, United.

I Always enjoyed flying with united airlines great service and nice staff....

I have signed in several times and could not find my e tickets! Had to change passwords twice! Very poor app! Frustrating

Crashes all the time and specially when you most need it

Switching my preferred airline away from United as they are always delayed. The last 4 flight I have been on have had some sort of delay. It is so bad I make sure my layover is at least 2 hours if I have one and I finally realized I shouldn’t have to do that. Going to try delta. Heard nothing but positive about them…

If I say I don’t have checked bag, then I don’t have a checked bag. Forcing me to enter a credit card in your app in order to check-in for my flight is complete customer dissatisfier. I will only book United as last resort.

It doesn’t like accepting payment methods. They built an app to collect money from passengers and it can’t even do that.
