Hi, United should adapt carry on bag dimensions to European policy’s (20cm x 40cm x 55cm) Instead yours (22cm x 35 x 56cm). There is no bags with those dimensions in Europe. Thanks for your attention Daniel Rodrigues

The app does not let me do the check in online, even though I tried uploading the passport files multiple times. I don’t get why it forces you to use the camera app when it does not submit the validations done by it. Terrible, didn’t help at all.

Não me é possível pagar de nenhuma forma a mala a despachar … Deveria ser mais fácil este procedimento Tb noto para os custos elevados na escolha de lugares.

Sempre que é necessário resubmeter novos documentos, pede o preenchimento de todos os campos novamente.
