Unable to prepay bag via app. End up full payment required. Discount is such a marketing tool. If have option, fly other airlines.

It could not let me input the expired date format as required! In the end, I needed to give it up to say that I would have a checked bag.

I love United so much as a brand. I remember, as an immigrant in American School, doing mock stock market game for the State of Maryland in my AP Econ class, I picked UAL as one of the stocks back then because, in my idealistic mind, United represents America as a force of Good in the world. Really. It had always been t he right decision even through how very many turbulent times. Thank you everyone in the aviation industry. It should be made into a national service because of that is how essential you really are.
