A great training app
A truly effective couch to 10K app! Suited my needs, capacity, and ability, as a newbie without baby-ing. I like the pacing, the reminders, and the daily inspiration. It’s worth trying if you’re new in to running.

This reminds me when to get move and stop on time. Perfect app for beginners like me.
This app's so awesome it's got me committed to running. Looking forward to finishing this one and moving on to 21k. Great job you guys! :)
4 months ago I was Not a running enthusiast, I tried different C25K app. but the progress is either too slow or too fast for me. but this app really suits my need, it is time based but I try to monitor my pase using my gps watch. back then I was using this along with the iphones music player and sometimes I cannot hear the audio cue(which is set to beep+voice). which sometimes I skip the walk and sometime fails to complete the workout because my energy exhausted too soon. but now I never bring my phone during my morning run and just lookup the plan and just monitor it using my watch. which turn out great than listening to music while running. now I don't listen to any music, so there are time that I just put my phone on my running short's back pocket and set it to voice+beep and never use headset, so i can hear the ambience of the morning while getting audio cue when Can I walk or run. The actual running program was great. I already run the 10k non-stop just after I finished the 0 to 5K session, now thats a real progress. but I am still on the 5k to 10K training, I have a few weeks before hitting the last session. and will begin the 21k training.. oh well, but it can't be help... because I am already sign up for a 25k event on sunday and another 21k event on the following sunday.. thats the confident that my performance using this app gave me. by the way, im not too keen on following the 3 times a week session, because I most likely to either everyday with 1 day rest or run every other day. so your progress might differ.
This app takes you step by step into building your endurance. The training gradually increases its intensity. You don't have to worry about being discouraged or burned out. I love this app. My exercise became more regular because of this.
Love this app! Perfect amount of coaching and I can play my running playlist on Spotify in the background.
I’ve tried several couch to running apps before and this is by far the best one in terms of layout showing you what’s next showing you what’s left and end up run metrics
I have the 5K and the 10K versions. Love them both. It’s so helpful to have the built-in coach telling me when to transition from walk to run throughout the workout. Would love to see you create a 5K and 10K Walk app for those of us that can’t run anymore. One that transitions from warm up, to brisk walk, and then intervals of brisk walking and power-walking. I do that now with the 5K and the 10K. Certain Wk/Dy runs with a higher number of changing walk/run intervals are conducive to swapping them out for brisk walk/power walk intervals, so I just repeat those days! Thanks for a great app!
This has been a great app to increase my running endurance- but it’s all based on time, not distance. I got to the end today and “earned” the 10K badge- but, including the 10 minutes of walking and hour of running, I only completed 5.5 miles. It’s anticlimactic to complete a weeks-long program only to find that you didn’t meet your goal. I would guess most people who use this app don’t start with a less-than-10 minute mile. I’m going to keep going and will actually run a 10K in a couple of weeks- so thanks to the app for getting me most of the way, but I would have liked to have closed the program with the actual goal. It needs to be called the 1-hour runner or something… not as cool of a name but at least it’s not misleading.
New to running but this app is easy to run with because it gets me there and speed is not the gole but consistency. For sure the lifetime payment.
