Best Running app

Love this app! This app is the best running app out there. I was a little concerned about purchasing the app, but it was well worth the money! I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to train for a 5K or a 10k!

Back to running

Started running post injury and post partum with this app; each time this app was exactly what I needed to get a jump start. This is the perfect balance of challenge and pacing.

Go to back at it plan!

I circle back to this app to rebuild my running after I have had to be away for an injury, etc. I find the workout I can tolerate and build up from there. Also, a great beginner’s trainer as well!

I’ve used their 5k and 10K app off and on for 9 years. They just keep getting better. When I started, the Apple Watch wasn’t a thing and I strapped my phone on my arm. It was a big day I remember when they integrated Apple Music control into the app. Now you can get map and pacing right inside the app. I used to have to open my Nike app to get all that if I wanted it. They continually update when technology changes. I would run constantly for a year or 2. Then, life would happen, and I would have to quit. These apps were always there for me when I was ready to go again. I looked forward to hearing, “Hey there awesome Runner.” I’ve successfully started training and finished many 5k, 10K and half-marathons with these apps. Currently I’m using the 10K app to start my marathon training for the Fort Smith Marathon in 2025. Stop looking for another training app. Just download this.

Really Works!

Very inspiring messages during the run (but not too much), adjusts very nicely to the appropriate fitness level.

I’m have used this app off and on for many years. Each time I get out of running and decide to start back in, I use this to transition back in. It doesn’t have many interruptions but just enough to give you an idea of how much further. I love that I can go through the whole program and then start all over again years later. I also have their 1/2 marathon app and it is amazing as well. Thank you guys!

They let you do a free 7day trial and then auto charge you $19.99 for 3 months. But if you check back they have a $40 lifetime subscription option so the 3 month version is a rip off
