The app works fine, UX could be better.
The app works fine, UX could be better. The service saves lives, I think.
Listener was inappropriate and rude.
The listener started asking me questions that really had nothing to do with what I said I was dealing with but I decided to give it a chance, and then the listener asked if I’m thin or thick. And was being very inappropriate.
Mixed feelings
I don’t really find this app easy to use! There is difficult to find chats and not easy to just tap a group and join it by starting a discussion. Somehow I’m but not able to use it wise and organized.

A few things to improve but overall good
The app is good. I like that with one swipe to the right you can find everything you need in the app: finding listeners, joining group chats, continuing on your path etc. Although, the app doesn't have the option to find therapists, which one of the guests was looking for. I have, however found that the app does freeze once in a while in a chat and doesn't refresh new messages. It is also pretty slow when swiping to the right or left. When leaving those things aside, the app is pretty good. :)

The listeners are just the worst
I remember using this app when I was in middle school (this was right when this app just came out) and it was amazing, the listeners were truly there for me but now that I’m in college and wanting to use it again, it’s just not the same. I’ve already spoke to 3 listeners and the first one completely ignored what I said and gave me advice that didn’t match my situation, the second person told me they couldn’t give me advice because they have trauma (my situation was about a friend who wasn’t communicating with me so it wasn’t anything traumatic??) then the third person got weirded out by me because I asked them how they were before I talked about my problem and then ghosted me after I did say my problem. After that I just gave up and I will never go back on this app because the listeners are absolutely dog.
