It’s all a scam

I have downloaded the app and tried talking to “listeners” who at their best can stay in communication for 5 mins. Entered my card detail for a 3 days trial of the premium package and the amount of 150$ was deducted immediately. Tried to get a refund right after, they emailed saying will contact after 3-5 days. After 6 emails, 1 week, 2 refund requests, no respond. Their so called “therapist” rarely responded and all turned out to be a scam to the desperate. Dont fall for it!

Best free & supportive community for mental wellness

I have joined this since 2017 and it’s just becoming better and better. There are so many dedicated listeners who volunteers their time to help others. Everyone can join anonymously which makes 7Cups a safe space. Overall, I love 7Cups... and if you’re thinking of joining, please remember it is not a dating site!!!

Very goods!

This app is very good but I think you might need to add some features for social anxiety people. Like so,Ewan to talk with them. Some of them may download the app and then too scared to text the listener
